Say farewell to 2026 and welcome 2027 in the distinctive atmosphere of Manoir de Lébioles. Enjoy three nights of fine dining, festive entertainment and exceptional moments created for a memorable New Year celebration.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

The complete New Year programme is included in the price. Alcoholic beverages are not included, with the exception of the aperitif and wine pairing on 31 December.

30 December – Arrival & Indulgence

• 19:00–20:00 : Begin your New Year escape with a festive 5-course dinner in our restaurant.
• Afterwards : Enjoy our tombola – a playful and entertaining start to the celebrations.

31 December – New Year’s Eve at the Manoir

• 07:30–10:30 : Ease into the final day of the year with a relaxed breakfast.
• 18:00–19:00 : A festive aperitif with champagne and delicate appetizers.
• From 19:00 : An exclusive 6-course New Year’s Eve dinner, complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing or a bespoke non-alcoholic drink pairing.
• After dinner : DJ & Partytime – celebrate and dance your way into the new year.
• 00:00 – A magical moment to welcome the New Year : At midnight, we will welcome the New Year together. Beneath the night sky, we will release colorful balloons into the air, each one carrying a personal wish for the year ahead. Together, we will send our hopes and wishes on their journey into the New Year.

1 January – New Year’s Day at the Manoir

• 09:00–14:00 : Welcome the first day of the year with our sparkling-wine breakfast and Cashmere Brunch & Lunch.
• 19:00–20:15 : In the evening, enjoy choucroute followed by an indulgent buffet of Belgian pralines.

2 January – Departure

• 07:30–10:30 : Enjoy one final breakfast at the Manoir before your departure.

After three exceptional nights at the Manoir, your New Year escape comes to an end. We wish you a wonderful start to 2027.
