Lovers of fine cuisine will be delighted by the ‘Manoir de Lébioles’ gourmet restaurant, where our chef creates inspired, authentic and light cuisine.
Our dining rooms offer space for over 50 hotel and outside guests. Enjoy delicious creations and breathtaking sunset views of the Ardennes on the large garden terrace overlooking the castle’s fairytale grounds.
Our gourmet restaurant invites you to savour its full menu from Wednesday to Sunday, and to explore a more intimate and refined selection on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Dogs are only permitted on the terrace, but are unfortunately not allowed in our restaurant or during breakfast.
Our head chef, Thomas Ducroquet, who has worked at some of the finest restaurants, including La Maison Lameloise in Chagny, Château Saint-Martin in Vence, L’Apogée in Courchevel, Le Bristol in Paris and Le Royal Champagne in Épernay, brings his cuisine to life with meticulous precision, blending technique and emotion, tradition and innovation.
