Culinary delights are a fundamental part of our house philosophy.
Lovers of fine cuisine will be delighted by the ‘Manoir de Lébioles’ gourmet restaurant, where our chef creates inspired, authentic and light cuisine.
Our dining rooms offer space for over 50 hotel and outside guests. Enjoy delicious creations and breathtaking sunset views of the Ardennes on the large garden terrace overlooking the castle’s fairytale grounds.
Our gourmet restaurant invites you to savour its full menu from Wednesday to Sunday, and to explore a more intimate and refined selection on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Dogs are only permitted on the terrace, but are unfortunately not allowed in our restaurant or during breakfast.

The Manoir’s Menu

Let yourselves be enticed by the Manoir’s gastronomic experience any day of the week. From Wednesday to Sunday, our restaurant invites you to enjoy its most refined cuisine. And on Mondays and Tuesdays, we also welcome visiting epicureans to taste our short menu, for gourmet cooking served in a more informal yet just as elegant setting.

Restaurant opening hours

Lunch (noon)

Monday and Tuesday: closed to the public, only accessible to hotel and spa guests.
Wednesday to Sunday: service from 12 pm to 1:15 pm – 3 Course menu or “à la carte”

Dinner (evening)

Monday and Tuesday : From 7pm to 8:15 pm – 3 course menu or “à la carte”
Wednesday to Sunday : full gastronomic experience : In order to preserve the exclusive experience of your dinner, we kindly ask you to respect the arrival time of 7:00 p.m.
